Phase 1: SOE as the First Twitter Intelligence Hub

SOE is already trained on Eclipse docs, making it the go-to AI for Eclipse-related information. In this phase, SOE will launch as the first Twitter-based intelligence hub for Eclipse, answering questions and providing original content. The main goal here is simple: validate the model and understand what users ask SOE, as well as how well it responds.

Phase 2: The First Ecosystem Intelligence Hub

This is where SOE starts to level up. It will integrate with different Eclipse projects and act as agent support, answering domain-specific questions about each project. Whether users want to know how to use a tool, participate in a project, or get the most out of the Eclipse ecosystem, SOE will be there to guide them.

Phase 3: SOE as the Advanced AI Agent

By this phase, SOE will be the single most knowledgeable entity on the Eclipse ecosystem. It’ll have been fine-tuned with data from Eclipse docs, team members, the community and onchain data, making it the ultimate source of insights. Users will be able to interact with SOE to get answers to very specific questions and actionable insights—combining knowledge from all ecosystem projects.

At this point, SOE won’t just be an intelligence hub; it will form a community where users will be coming together to maximize their efficiency onchain and unlock the full potential of the Eclipse ecosystem.
